Abstract

L'invention concerne une jauge de contraintes et de déplacement. Ladite jauge comporte deux éléments entre lesquels un mouvement est mesuré. Des fibres optiques 2 et 4 sont prévues respectivement dans et en dehors de la jauge. Le changement de l'intensité de la lumière transmise le long du trajet constitue une mesure du mouvement entre les éléments. Une source 1 dirige la lumière vers la jauge le long du trajet 2 et un détecteur optique 3 détecte la lumière reçue le long du trajets 4. Un trajet lumineux peut être prévu dans chaque élément ou bloc, les trajets étant alignés, et un mouvement entre les blocs provoque un désalignement des trajets. Application à la mesure des contraintes, notamment dans des milieux corrosifs.
