Abstract

La présente invention concerte la préparation d'un concentré de pantin de Dane. Il s'agit d'un procédé pour concentrer des particules de Dane à partir d'un fluide biologique humain, caractérisé en ce que l'on soumet un fluide biologique humain contenant des particules de Dane à un fractionnement isopycnique dans un gradient de masse volumique dans des conditions efficaces pour faire passer pratiquement toutes les particules de Dane du fluide dans le gradient de masse volumique mais inefficaces pour arriver à l'équilibre, en ce que l'on enlève le fluide usé et en ce que l'on répète la premiere étape avec un échantillon frais de fluide au moins une fois. Ce procédé est utile pour la préparation d'un agent immunologique.
