Abstract
Circuit de tension de référence comportant le montage en série formé par une jonction semiconductrice et une résistance et incorporé à une branche de courant parcourue par un courant à coefficient de température positif. La valeur ohmique de la résistance est telle que dans une grande mesure, la tension aux extrémités du montage en série soit indépendante des variations de température Pour diminuer ladite tension indépendante de la température, le montage en série dans ladite branche de courant est shunté par une résistance, et de ce fait, la tension diminuée de la sorte aux extrémités du montage en série reste indépendante des variations de température. Application aux circuits intégrés.
