Abstract
Procédé de fabrication d'un dispositif électrochrome. On dépose, par évaporation, des couches de WO3 et de MgF2 intercalees entre deux couches conductrices, et on contrôle les pressions d'évaporation de WO3 et MgF 2 pour régler les performances du dispositif. Application à la réalisation de dispositifs d'affichage.
