Abstract
PURPOSE:To simplify a process by sealing a waveguide open face by utilizing a MIC substrate. CONSTITUTION:Dielectric substrate 1 is fixed to waveguide mount 6 by adhesion so that the MIC circuit forming face may be opposite to waveguide mount 6. As a result, the waveguide open face can be sealed by the MIC substrate.
