Abstract
Procédé intégré de synthèse ammoniac-urée. Ce procédé consiste à épurer l'anhydride carbonique d'un courant gazeux provenant de la reformation de vapeur d'hydrocarbures, par action d'une solution d'ammoniac très concentrée, puis par action d'une solution ammoniaquée de carbonate d'ammonium, à envoyer la solution de carbamate obtenue au réacteur d'urée, à décharger de celui-ci la solution d'urée contenant du carbamate non converti et de l'ammoniac en excès, à décomposer ledit carbamate et à envoyer l'ammoniac dégagé au réacteur d'urée en même temps que l'anhydride carbonique à décharger la solution d'urée à un épurateur adiabatique, ou le gaz d'épuration est essentiellement composé par l'hydrogène et l'azote, à éliminer l'ammoniac et l'anhydride carbonique avec l'eau de l'épurateur adiabatique et à condenser l'ammoniac et l'anhydride carbonique par échange thermique, à envoyer le courant d'hydrogène et d'azote à la méthanisation et à la synthèse de l'ammoniac et à concentrer la solution d'urée directement jusqu'à obtention d'une masse fondue d'urée.Integrated ammonia-urea synthesis process.
