Abstract

Ce débitmètre comprend un premier et un deuxième transducteurs électroacoustiques 13, 14 espacés de part et d'autre d'un parcours d'écoulement du fluide dont il s'agit de mesurer le débit et placés face à face le long d'un axe ayant une composante parallèle au parcours d'écoulement, un générateur 33 courant ou de tension électrique, des moyens permettant de détecter respectivement une tension ou un courant électrique, des moyens 32 de commutation ayant un premier état dans lequel le générateur est relié au premier transducteur et les moyens de détection au deuxième transducteur et un deuxième état dans lequel les moyens de détection sont reliés au premier transducteur et le générateur au deuxième transducteur. Des moyens 35 de rythme permettent de mesurer la différence de temps ou de phase entre l'émission du signal par le générateur et la réception du signal par les moyens de détection pour les deux états des moyens de commutation, et des moyens 43 permettant de convertir ladite différence de temps ou de phase en une indication de débit. Application à la mesure de l'écoulement de fluides.
