L'invention concerne un panneau stratifié réfractaire d'insonorisation. Ledit panneau se compose d'au moins trois couches dont l'une au moins des couches externes comprend un liant minéral armé de fibres et dont la couche centrale est un adhésif constitué par un polymère visco-élastique ou élastique d'une épaisseur supérieure à celle nécessaire pour coller les couches externes. Application aux industries du bâtiment et de construction navale.
