Abstract

Dispositif permettant de fabriquer, par coulée continue, des tubes de forme et d'épaisseur quelconques en acier, fonte et métaux non ferreux. Il comprend un bloc lingotière 5 communiquant à la lingotière proprement dite 6 et au conduit d'alimentation 8 un mouvement oscillatoire vertical. Les rouleaux extracteurs 10 font progresser le tube formé du bas vers le haut. Le répartiteur 2 monté sur pesons électroniques et le dispositif d'obturation 4 permettent d'effectuer la coulée du métal à vitesse constante. Le métal liquide est homogénéisé grâce à une insufflation de gaz neutre à travers la brique poreuse 12. Les tubes obtenus peuvent être utilisés en canalisation, chauffage, construction, etc. La machine peut fabriquer aussi des ébauches destinées à un laminage, un filage ou à un étirage ultérieur.
