Abstract

The i/c engine carburettor has a main fuel feed issuing into the throttle area of a venturi located in its suction pipe and a second air and fuel feed for the delay and no-load function. This second feed has at least one air channel which bridges over a part of the suction pipe contained in the throttle operated by the driver. A correction system incorporates a fuel-supplied pipe for enrichment purposes, which includes a common tube (47, 48) in which an electric valve (44) is fitted. The enrichment pipe in its downstream part divides into a branch (49) issuing into the venturi throttle section and a further branch (50) issuing into the air channel.
