Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de progéniteurs hydrogénés de vitamines K1 et K2 . On fait réagir la 2-méthyl-2,3-dihydronaphtoquinone (1,4) sur le bromure de phytyle, d'isophytyle, de géranyle, de farnésyle ou de géranylgéranyle ou les chlorures correspondants, dans un système comprenant une phase aqueuse formée d'une solution d'alcali et une phase huileuse formée d'un solvant organique hydrophobe en présence de certains sels d'ammonium quaternaire ou de tétraalkylphosphonium. Le progéniteur peut être converti en vitamine K1 ou K2 .
