Abstract

The thermodynamic monobloc boiler uses heat in the air, rainwater and also solar energy. The boiler has a heat pump with a vapour compressor. The evaporator consists of a number of static ribbed tube batteries (10) exposed to the air, especially to the wind, rain and solar radiation. The condenser (3) is situated within the tank (2) contg. water to be heated. The boiler has a vessel (1) which accommodates the tank for water to be heated and the compressor (8) and expansion valve (9) of the heat pump. The ribbed tube batteries are situated outside this vessel.
