Abstract

The rotating coupling is used for pipes carrying liquids. The coupling has blocking system preventing escape of toxic products. The rotating coupling is of compact design. The coupling has round inner part (18) with flow passage (27). This inner part is enclosed by an external round collar (19). The race chamber (44) accommodates a number of balls (22) to ensure relative rotating movement between the external collar and internal liner. This race chamber is sealed at both ends. The coupling internal channel is connected to pressurised liquid inlet (51) and outlet (50) tubes for suppressing leakage.
