Abstract

Procédé pour incorporer à un polymère des additifs solides, liquides ou pâteux à température ambiante. Selon ce procédé, on soumet ces additifs à un broyage cryogénique à une température suffisamment basse pour les maintenir à l'état solide pendant toute la durée du broyage et on ajoute ensuite directement au polymère le mélange pulvérulent homogène ainsi obtenu. Selon une variante dudit procédé, après avoir mélangé au préalable les additifs, on soumet le mélange ainsi obtenu à un broyage cryogénique en atmosphère déshydratée conjointement avec le polymère auquel les additifs doivent être incorporés. Ce procédé permet d'obtenir une dispersion remarquablement homogène des additifs au sein du polymère
