Abstract

L'invention concerne les industries dans lesquelles on utilise des tubes de métal tendre devant être raccordés à des appareils ou à d'autres tubes. Elle a pour objet un instrument pour former des collerettes de raccordement à l'extrémité de tels tubes, cet instrument étant formé d'un étrier articulé, muni de molettes ayant des empreintes périphériques de différents diamètres pour y serrer des tubes de grosseurs correspondantes au moyen d'un étrier auxiliaire, l'étrier principal comportant une matrice d'évasement que l'on peut enfoncer par percussion dans l'extrémité du tube, contre l'action d'un ressort de rappel. Ladite matrice comportant au moins deux outils, l'un de forme cônique 12 et l'autre de forme plane 24. Cet instrument est utilisable en particulier dans l'industrie sanitaire.
