Faucheuse comprenant une lame de coupe 9 entraînée en rotation par un motoculteur 1 autour d'un axe vertical 8. Un chapeau tronconique 15 coiffe la faucheuse et laisse la lame 9 dépasser vers l'avant et la recouvrant entièrement vers l'arrière, et la hauteur de coupe est réglée par des patins 16 qui portent sur le sol nettement en arrière du bord avant du chapeau 15. Application aux machines agricoles.
