Abstract

Appareil utilisant la force tangentielle et la force centrifuge pour prendre dans ou hors de l'appareil, des fluides, matériaux divers, les animer d'une vitesse et d'un mouvement déterminé et de les acheminer vers un lieu d'utilisation. Une arrivée 1 de fluide comprimé met en charge un réservoir 2. Ce réservoir 2 est équipé d'une rondelle 9 munie d'éjecteurs 3. Ces éjecteurs 3 ont un débit calculé. Ils sont orientés pour que le fluide projeté dans la partie 4 soit animé d'un mouvement circulaire et d'une très grande vitesse. Le fluide est projeté hors du réservoir et laminé à travers une couronne circulaire 5 de section réglable. L'extrémité du corps central 8 fait avec l'intérieur de l'enveloppe 10 un angle alpha dont la valeur est calculée pour que le fluide éjecté de 4 reste plaqué à la paroi intérieure de 10. Une forte dépression se crée dans l'appareil. Les produits sont happés en 7, projetés en 6 pour être pris dans la turbulence du fluide comprimé. Animés d'un mouvement hélicoïdal et d'une grande vitesse, ils sont acheminés vers leur lieu d'utilisation. Les formes intérieures du corps central 8 et de l'extrémité 11 de l'appareil sont étudiées pour que le tuyau d'aspiration d'amenée des produits ne soit pas obstrué par ces derniers.
