Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de montures de lunettes à partir d'un matériau thermoplastique, ou d'un matériau analogue. Le procédé comprend le perçage de quatre trous dans une ébauche, le placement de l'ébauche sur un premier support comportant deux goujons de positionnement et deux axes dilatables. Le profit externe de la monture est alors fraisé et tous les profils nécessaires sont fraisés sur les côtés et les extrémités avant et arrière de la monture, celle-ci étant inversée sur le support lorsque cela est nécessaire. Finalement, la monture est enlevée du support et placée sur un second support la maintenant extérieurement. Les ouvertures et les gorges pour lentille, sont ensuites usinées dans les parois. Application à la fabrication des montures de lunettes.
