Abstract

Procédé permettant la fabrication d'éléments 1 en béton armé ou précontraint munis de cavités longitudinales de section circulaire 2. Le procédé consiste à positionner des tubes en acier légèrement coniques dans le moule de préfabrication. Pendant la prise du béton ces tubes subissent des mouvements rotatifs répétés de quelques centimètres aux intervalles définis suivant la composition du béton. Ils seront retirés au moment de démoulage. Les éléments sont fabriqués avec rainures longitudinales positives 3 et négatives 4. Les éléments préfabriqués sont utilisables pour la construction des planchers et des murs.
