Abstract

a. Collet destiné à contrôler les efforts thermiques et mécaniques exercés sur un joint et à réduire les ruptures provoquées par de tels efforts dans des tubulures de transfert de gaz utilisées dans un réacteur de reforming utilisant de la vapeur d'eau. b. Le collet en forme de tube est placé sur chaque extrémité de la tubulure raccordée à un organe de prolongement fixé respectivement à un tube de catalyseur et à un collecteur d'évacuation de gaz. Le collet s'emboîte sur la tubulure et est soudé à l'organe de prolongement. Le collet et la tubulure sont réalisés à partir d'un même alliage pour éliminer les efforts associés à des différences de dilatation et de contraction thermiques. Le collet permet de réduire la fatigue due aux efforts mécaniques en éloignant le point de flexion maximale de la zone de concentration d'efforts mécaniques de la soudure. c. Application : réacteurs de reforming utilisant de la vapeur d'eau.
