Abstract

Procédé pour teindre par épuisement une matière textile en boyau, à l'aide de colorants de cuve. On amène la matière textile dans un réservoir à l'aide d'une solution aqueuse chaude contenant au moins un colorant de cuve à l'état réduit ainsi que de la lessive de soude caustique, du dithionite de sodium et, le cas échéant encore un électrolyte comme adjuvants, on traite la matière textile pendant 5 secondes à 10 minutes, à des températures allant de 60 à 100 degrés C, à l'abri de l'air, et ensuite on la soumet à une réoxydation usuelle afin de former le colorant de cuve insoluble dans l'eau ainsi qu'à un traitement complémentaire.
