Abstract

Ce débiteur d'écoute, utilisable sur les bateaux à voiles, et destiné aux treuils comportant un tambour surmonté d'une poulie débitrice, assure l'entraînement de l'écoute par coincement de celle-ci. Il est constitué essentiellement par une embase se fixant sur un suport à proximité immédiate de la base du tambour du treuil, et par un arbre articulé à l'embase et portant un galet surmonté d'une poulie, elle-même surmontée d'un poussoir. Le galet et la poulie sont montés libres en rotation l'un indépendamment de l'autre, le galet s'appliquant sur les tours d'écoute enroulés autour du tambour du treuil, tandis que le poussoir est monté pivotant autour de l'axe commun au galet et à la poulie, et est soumis à l'action d'un ressort L'invention s'applique à des treuils de toutes dimensions, à axe horizontal, vertical ou d'orientation quelconque.
