Abstract

The winch drum(25) is fitted with an additional leading pulley(26) at the top end. The guide spindle is fitted to the deck alongside the winch drum by a bracket(1). A roller(6) is mounted on the spindle. The guide pulley(13) is surmounted by a locking lever (19) fitted with a cam pin which locks the running end of the sheet into place.
