Abstract

A stand for handling goods intended for storage, has two floors supported by cross-beams having sufficient gap between them for the insertion of fork-lifting gear. The stand is constructed from two single palletes, comprising a floor and cross-beams, at least one of which has a profiled cross-section which allows the temporary fitment of the two structures by a parallel sliding interconnection of the two palletes. The profiled cross-beam is preferably the control beam of each pallet and is flanked by lateral cross-beams on either side.
