Abstract

The housing of the electrically heated appliance has at least two trays (2, 3a, 3b) each having a rectangular base surface with one (2) being mounted above the hot plate (4) whilst the other tray(s) (3a, 3b) is designed to take food containers (10) for the yoghurt. This tray has a stand area corresponding at least to the base surface of the other tray(2). When boiling eggs the non-required yoghurt containers can be placed in their tray(s). To prepare yoghurt the required number of containers can be placed in the tray above the hot plate.
