Abstract

a. Bloc de laminage pour le laminage de pièces de forme oblongue. b. Bloc de laminage caractérisé en ce que ce bloc comporte, à la place de cages de laminoir distinctes, facilement interchangeables, un bâti de support portant directement les éléments pivotants et s'étendant sur toute la longueur du bloc de laminage, et dans ou sur lequel, comme moyens d'entraînement, sont montés, en nombre correspondant au nombre de cylindres d'un calibre, des arbres d'entraînement commandés en synchronisme et répartis, avec un grand espacement radial, uniformément tout autour de l'axe longitudinal de la pièce soumise au laminage. c. L'invention s'applique notamment au laminage à grande vitesse des fils d'acier.
