Conteneur pour transport d'éléments combustibles muni d'un raccordement isolable pour une conduite extérieure de réfrigérant. Ce conteneur 5 comporte, fixée sur lui, une pape 16, 17 verrouillée en sa position de fermeture par un moyen 23, 24 relâchable lorsque la conduite de réfrigérant 27 est raccordée. On empêche ainsi la sortie de gaz ou substances radio-actifs entrés dans le réfrigérant.
