Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil pour traiter les surfaces intérieures de réservoirs prismatiques dont les angles sont arrondis. L'appareil comporte un chariot 60 qui porte un outil de traitement et se déplace sur des rails de guidage qui comprennent des parties rectilignes 51, 52, 53, chacune parallèle à une paroi plate du réservoir et espacée de cette paroi et des parties de raccordement rectilignes 56, 57, chacune montée sur un dispositif de transfert 54 ou 55 monté à rotation autour de l'axe de courbure de la partie de paroi d'angle incurvée correspondante du réservoir de façon à pouvoir être déplacée, d'une position dans laquelle elle est alignée avec une première partie fixe pour recevoir le chariot 60, à une position dans laquelle elle est alignée avec une seconde partie fixe pour lui transférer le chariot. Application à la pulvérisation de matière isolante sur les parois des réservoirs des navires citernes.
