Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un calorimètre isotherme. Selon l'invention, le dispositif comprend un calorimètre sous la forme d'un réacteur chimique entouré d'une enveloppe échangeuse de chaleur permettant la circulation d'un liquide échangeur de chaleur autour du réacteur au moyen d'un circuit principal et d'un circuit secondaire d'échange de chaleur, le circuit principal d'échange de chaleur comportant une circulation relativement lente du liquide échangeur de chaleur à travers un régulateur de chaleur pour compenser les pertes ou les gains de chaleur du liquide échangeur de chaleur, et le circuit secondaire d'échange de chaleur assurant une circulation relativement rapide du liquide échangeur de chaleur à travers l'enveloppe échangeuse de chaleur. Ce calorimètre permet de déterminer les chaleurs de réaction.
