Abstract

Joint d'étanchéité pour citerne cylindrique à toit flottant. Il comprend une bande composite 30, en élastomère imperméable aux vapeurs, reliée au bord du toit 12 par son bord intérieur, par un raccordement sensiblement étanche aux vapeurs, et qui s'étend en anneau vers la face intérieure de la citerne 10. Dans cette bande 30 sont noyés une série d'éléments raidisseurs oblongs 36, élastiques, qui partent du bord de bande relié au toit et se terminent un peu en deçà du bord de bande portant contre la citerne. Application comme joint secondaire, joint primaire ou joint unique dans les citernes pour produits pétroliers.
