Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'aubes de roues pour machines hydrauliques Francis. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait que l'ébauche plane 4 de l'aube est obtenue par soudage d'au moins deux parties 1, 2, 3 en tôles assemblées pour former l'ébauche 4 de l'aube dans le sens de la variation principale de l'épaisseur du profil de l'ébauche 4. L'épaisseur delta 1 , delta 2 , delta 3 de chaque partie 1, 2, 3 est choisie au moins égale à l'épaisseur maximale delta 1 **1, delta 2 **1, delta 3 **1 du profil de l'ébauche 4 usinée dans le tronçon déterminé par la partie 1, 2, 3 respectivement.
