Abstract

Procédé de formage par frappe à froid en matrice ouverte, notamment de têtes de forme aplatie sur une extrémité de pièce, avec un taux d'écrasement élevé. L'écrasement de la tête est effectué entre une matrice plate à surface lisse dans un logement de laquelle vient s'engager la partie de pièce non refoulée et un poinçon à surface frontale striée de stries sensiblement concentriques entre elles, ayant la forme du contour de tête à obtenir et s'écartant en ondes successives à partir de la surface faisant face au logement de la partie de pièce non refoulée de la pièce à former. Application en particulier à la fabrication de plots de fixation de silentblocs en une seule pièce par frappe à froid.
