Abstract

L'invention concerne une méthode pour chauffer un article en un matériau non conducteur ayant une zone de surface conductrice où sont implantés des ions d'une impureté du type n ou du type p. Selon l'invention, on excite la zone de surface conductrice 11 par une énergie électromagnétique. L'invention s'applique notamment à la cuisson des aliments dans les fours à micro-ondes.
