Abstract

Bains de revêtement électrolytique du palladium brillant. Ces bains comprennent du palladium essentiellement pur, exempt d'éléments d'alliage, étant sous forme pouvant être déposée par voie électrolytique, ainsi qu'un produit de brillance (brillanteur) de classe I choisi dans le groupe se composant de méthylène-bis(naphtalènesulfonate de sodium), de benzènesulfonate de sodium, de benzènesulfonimide et d'acide phénylsulfonique, et un produit de brillance organique de classe II choisi dans le groupe se composant de benzaldéhyde-o-sulfonate de sodium, de 2-butyne-1,4-diol, de 2-butène-1,4-diol et de sulfonate d'allyle, pour améliorer la brillance du dépôt. La présente invention est particulièrement utile pour le revêtement de palladium brillant pur.
