Abstract

La présente invention concerne une hélice pivotante susceptible d'être abaissée au-dessous d'un manchon protecteur vertical et rétractée vers une position soulevée. L'hélice est entraînée par un moteur 9 au-dessus du pont, un arbre 6 reliant l'hélice 2 au moteur 9. L'arbre d'entraînement 10 consiste en une partie supérieure 13 logée de façon télescopique dans une partie inférieure creuse de l'arbre reliée à des moyens 8 de déplacement verticaux. Application aux hélices pour bateaux.
