Abstract
L'invention a pour objet un procédé de réalisation d'un composé superficiel entre un substrat et une espèce réactive. Une couche mince perméable à l'espèce en question est déposée sur le substrat. Un cas particulièrement intéressant est l'oxydation de substrat en arséniure de gallium, la couche mince étant faite de zircone dopée à la chaux. L'invention s'applique à la technique des semiconducteurs.
