Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un fil de soie ouvré irrétrécissable. Selon l'invention, on enlève la séricine de la soie brute; on absorbe la protéine dérivée du collagène dans la soie brute; on tord les fibres de soie à l'humidité ; on maintient les fibres de soie saturées en humidité à une température de 130 à 140 degrés C sous une pression de 3 à 3,5 atm pendant 10 à 20 minutes; on détord les fibres de soie en direction inverse ; et on traite les fibres de soie dans une vapeur saturée pour qu'elles aient un rétrécissement uniforme. La figure montre un fil de soie ouvré irrétrécissable où la fibroïne est fixée lors de la torsion. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'industrie textile.
