Abstract

Procédé pour la purification de macromolécules chargées, dans lequel, on retient de manière connue lesdites macromolécules par passage à travers une colonne d'affinité pourvue d'un ligand spécifique, fixé de manière covalente au contenu de la colonne, puis on élue cette colonne de manière à récupérer les macromolécules purifiées sous forme non liée, caractérisé en ce que l'on effectue l'élution par electrophorèse de la colonne d'affinité. L'invention concerne également d'une part un dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé et d'autre part les macromolécules ainsi traitées. Application envisagée : purification des protéines des anticorps, etc.
