Abstract

In a variant, the gaseous refrigerant of a thermal economizer is condensed by an economizer-condenser, then subjected to instantaneous partial vaporization in a condensation economizer. The gaseous refrigerant from the condenser economizer is recompressed in the second compressor, then recondensed in the economizer-condenser. Recondensed refrigerant is directed to the condensation economizer with the remaining liquid refrigerant from the condenser. Domestic applications in particular.
