Abstract

L'invention concerne un joint de dilatation flexible pour canalisations rigides, du type qui comprend un corps en matière élastomère dans lequel est noyé un renforcement, notamment composé de couches 13 et 15 de tissu de câblés caoutchouté, le corps présentant une anse annulaire 4 qui fait saillie radialement vers l'extérieur et deux parties cylindriques 5 disposées symétriquement par rapport à cette anse annulaire et deux parties terminales 6 en saillie radiale en porte-à-faux vers l'extérieur, destinées à être serrées chacune entre une bride 7 de la canalisation rigide et une contre-bride 8. Suivant l'invention, dans chaque partie cylindrique 5, la structure de renforcement comprend, en supplément des couches de tissu, un manchon rigide 14, notamment composé de plusieurs spires faites d'une matière flexible et inextensible et enroulées en spires jointives. L'invention s'applique aux joints pour canalisations soumises à des pressions élevées dont les valeurs varient fréquemment à des dépressions.
