Abstract

L'invention concerne la préparation d'une matière composite contenant des particules frittées. Elle se rapporte à un procédé dans lequel des particules d'une matière frittée, par exemple de carbure de tungstène fritté par du cobalt, sont mélangées à des particules d'un liant métallique, par exemple de l'acier, et la masse obtenue est chauffée à une température supérieure à la température de fusion du liant et supérieure à la température de frittage des particules frittées. Le chauffage est interrompu après une dégradation partielle des particules frittées. Application à la fabrication d'outils de coupe et de plaques de blindage.
