Abstract

Procédé permettant de chauffer les doubles parois d'une chaudière de chauffage central en fonte ou en acier, sur toutes les faces intérieure et extérieure du corps de chauffe, et permet aux panneaux de coffrage en tôle munis d'aggloméré réfractaire de constituer un caisson hermétique une fois rassemblés par des tiges filetées, avec écrous de serrage, l'étanchéité est faite par un joint d'amiante. Le caisson ayant la propriété d'absorber la chaleur pour ensuite la diffuser autour du corps de chauffe, après arrêt du brûleur fuel ou gaz. Il comprend : 1. Couvercle coffrage en tôle muni intérieurement d'aggloméré réfractaire, reposant et fermant le dessus de la chaudière; 2. Sortie eau chaude chauffage central; 3. Sortie eau chaude sanitaire; 4. Ballon réserve eau chauffage; 5. Entrée eau froide sanitaire; 6. Raccordement partie inférieure chaudière au ballon réserve eau chauffage; 7. Une double paroi tubulaire à circulation d'eau; 8. Sortie des gaz brûlés; 9, 15, 15. Panneau coffrage en tôle muni intérieurement d'aggloméré réfractaire; 10. Faisceaux tubulaires ou cloisonnement en tôle à circulation d'eau; 11. Une double paroi à circulation d'eau; 12. Orifice permettant le passage de la chaleur; 13. Retour eau de chauffage des radiateurs; 14. Socle en tôle muni intérieurement d'aggloméré réfractaire; 16. Orifice de fixation du brûleur à fuel ou gaz; 17. Boulons de serrage de la plaque en tôle fermant le ballon réserve chauffage; 18. Plaque de tôle permettant la fermeture du ballon réserve eau chauffage; 19. Porte de la chaudière coffrage en tôle muni d'aggloméré réfractaire intérieurement. Cette invention concerne les installations de chauffage central de pavillons et d'appartements.
