Abstract

L'invention concerne la fabrication du tartrate neutre de potassium. On ajoute environ 3,5 parties d'acide tartrique à 3 parties d'hydroxyde de potassium, en solution dans environ 2,8 parties d'eau distillée, à froid, on ajuste le pH de la solution à environ 8,4, puis on ajoute 9 volumes d'alcool chaud, par rapport au volume d'eau utilisé. On obtient ainsi des cristaux de tartrate neutre de potassium d'excellente pureté, avec un rendement optimaL
