Abstract
L'invention concerne un indicateur de perte de grains pour une moissonneuse-batteuse. Il comporte au moins un capteur constitué par une pièce en tôle métallique sur laquelle est fixé un cristal piézo-électrique par l'intermédiaire d'une entretoise. La pièce en tôle métallique est placée dans le trajet des grains, derrière les cribles et derrière les secoueurs. La pièce de tôle vibre sous l'effet de l'impact des grains et protège le cristal piézo-électrique. Les signaux produits par le cristal sont amplifiés, redressés et appliqués à un appareil de mesure. L'invention s'applique notamment aux moissonneuses-batteuses pour la récolte des céréales.A grain loss indicator for a combine harvester is disclosed. It comprises at least one sensor consisting of a piece of sheet metal on which is fixed a piezoelectric crystal by means of a spacer. The sheet metal part is placed in the grain path, behind the screens and behind the straw walkers. The sheet metal part vibrates under the effect of the impact of the grains and protects the piezoelectric crystal. The signals produced by the crystal are amplified, rectified and applied to a measuring device. The invention applies in particular to combine harvesters for harvesting cereals.
