Abstract

1468477 Monitoring grain loss in combine harvesters R D S AGRICULTURAL Ltd 18 Aug 1975 34277/75 Heading A1F A combine harvester comprises grain-discharge detectors 17, 18 mounted respectively adjacent the ends of the straw walkers and the sieves and a further grain discharge detector 19 mounted in the air flow in between the straw walkers and the sieves. The detectors extend across the harvester to the full width of the flow paths and are acoustically operated. The detectors are electrically connected to a display unit 21.
