L'invention concerne un procédé de préparation de trimères cycliques de l'isoprène par oligomérisation catalytique de l'isoprène avec formation de triméthylcyclododécatriène. On utilise comme catalyseur une association des composés suivants : a. un composé de titane trivalent, b. un composé organoaluminium, c. un composé oxygéné, d. un composé soufré.
