Abstract

Un gril chauffé au gaz comporte des supports de broches et un support de brûleurs à rayonnement d'un seul côté, pouvant être mis en place à volonté. Ainsi, le support de brûleurs peut être posé sur les chants supérieurs des supports de broches, le rayonnement des brûleurs étant orienté soit vers l'intérieur du gril, soit vers l'extérieur. Le support de brûleurs peut être posé également devant les chants latéraux avant des supports de broches, le rayonnement des brûleurs étant orienté vers l'extérieur. Les bords latéraux du support de brûleurs sont repliés pour former des listeaux, dans lesquels sont découpées des pattes recourbées formant des crochets, qui permettent d'accrocher le support de brûleurs sur les supports de broches.
