Abstract
L'invention concerne un procédé de fabrication d'une brosse. Ce procédé consiste à monter une première plaque latérale sur un mandrin; enrouler au moins un filament continu du matériau des poils sur la plaque latérale, de telle sorte que le matériau s'étende sur une face exposée de la plaque latérale; placer une autre plaque latérale pour recouvrir le matériau des poils sur la face de la première plaque latérale, de manière à serrer le matériau des poils entre les deux plaques latérales, en laissant une partie du matériau des poils depasser d'un des bords de la paire de plaques latérales; assembler intégralement sur son autre bord le matériau des poils à la paire de plaques latérales au milieu de laquelle il est serré, et couper le matériau des poils et enlever les plaques latérales du mandrin.
