Abstract

L'invention concerne une faucheuse ayant une structure de support et deux tambours rotatifs de coupe qui en pendent. Selon l'invention, chaque tambour 18, 20 a un retard circulaire 80 faisant saillie vers l'extérieur avec des lames de coupe 82; le rebord est fixé à un arbre creux et dressé d'entraînement 72, 73 dans le tambour et la structure de support 172 a un élément creux et non rotatif dans lequel est monté l'arbre 72, 73; un organe de support 84 en dessous du tambour contacte le sol et il est monté fixe ou rotatif à l'extrémité inférieure d'un arbre de support dressé et non rotatif 170 qui s'étend à l'intérieur de l'arbre creux 72, 73 et la structure de support 172; l'arbre de support peut glisser à travers l'arbre creux et la structure et peut être fixé à cette dernière en un certain nombre de positions verticales pour modifier la hauteur de coupe de la faucheuse. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'agriculture.
