Abstract

Procédé pour produire simultanément un courant de gaz de synthèse purifié et un courant de gaz riche en CO : 1 degrés On fait réagir un courant d'alimentation hydrocarboné avec un gaz contenant de l'oxygène libre dans un générateur. 2 degrés On refroidit le courant de gaz provenant de l'étape 1 degrés par un échange de chaleur indirect, on enlève dudit courant de gaz les particules solides entraînées restantes et on le déshydrate. 3 degrés On introduit une partie du courant de gaz déshydraté de l'étape 2 degrés dans une première zone de purification, on retire du courant de gaz dans ladite première zone le H2 S, le COS et une partie du CO2 . 4 degrés On introduit le gaz partiellement purifié provenant de la première zone de purification de l'étape 3 degrés dans une seconde zone de purification et on enlève de ladite seconde zone un courant riche en CO et un courant séparé riche en H2 . 5 degrés On mélange ensemble, une partie du gaz riche en H2 de l'étape 4 degrés avec un gaz. Application à la production de méthanol.
